In order to be able to fully use the systems provided by ECLO, the client needs to provide his/her information. We may collect the following information about you:

• Name of your company, store, business unit
• Business license (photocopy)
• Your first and last name
• Email, mobile number, landline number
• IP address (Internet Protocol), type of web browser (Browser), connection speed, number of pages you view, time of visit, addresses that this browser accesses.

We store and process customer information on the server, we protect it with physical and electronic protection measures including: firewalls, data encryption and procedures applied in accordance with the provisions of information security laws. ECLO enforces physical access control to information, and we only allow access to personal information for employees who need it to fulfill their job responsibilities within the ECLO system.

We undertake not to provide customer information to any third party. However, we may disclose this information in some of the circumstances below:

• We have your consent to disclose this information
• A third party that you authorize or authorize has asked us to provide your personal information
• In response to a legal request or from a governmental agency or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or under the law
• Protect someone's rights, interests, property, safety
